Welcome to Mintmaster, an all-in-one platform for the Hedera ecosystem ("Mintmaster" or the "Service") provided by Bitaces Labs Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Mintmaster application and any related services, features, or functionalities (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the provisions of these Terms, you should not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account with Mintmaster. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party or allow any third party to access your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You will not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activities.

You acknowledge that transactions conducted through the Service may be irreversible, and Mintmaster cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages resulting from unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

Mintmaster reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Privacy

Mintmaster respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Mintmaster and its associated logos, trademarks, and service marks are the property of Bitaces Labs Private Limited or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or any portion thereof unless expressly authorized by Mintmaster.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mintmaster and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Mintmaster does not assume any responsibility for the conduct of any third-party services or for any transactions you may engage in using the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mintmaster and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

8. Modifications to the Terms

Mintmaster reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on the Mintmaster website or through the Service, and your continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by deleting your account. Mintmaster may also terminate or suspend your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability to you.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Indian Government. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mintmaster regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
